I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were luxurious with a coffee machine and a small balcony offering stunning mountain views. The spa facilities were top-notch and one of the best I've experienced in Europe. However, some areas were not as spacious as I would have liked, but overall, it was fantastic.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally comfortable with a huge bed, luxury linen, and a big terrace facing the mountains. The service was top-notch, with attentive staff and excellent amenities. The location was perfect for exploring Rila National Park, and the dining experience offered a wide variety of delicious Bulgarian and continental dishes. However, the hotel felt a bit cramped when fully booked.
